We are located just a seven minute walk from Snape Maltings, ( www.snapemaltings.co.uk ) and a ten minute drive to Aldeburgh on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Twenty three miles North East of Ipswich railway station. Four miles from Saxmundham railway station.

We have excellent road and rail links to London and the Midlands.

Central London is only a hundred miles away by road and two hours by train from/to Saxmundham.
